The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Contact Us – Email us at sales@zahbrosports.co.uk or log in to your account to submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.
Provide Details – Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
Ship the Item Back – Once approved, send the item to the provided return address.
Customer-Paid Returns – The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Free Return Labels (if applicable) – In cases where the return is our fault, we may provide a prepaid return label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received.
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or color, you may return the original item and place a new order.
Returns without prior approval may be rejected.
